Online sessions offered
I offer online sessions for body-centered trauma work via Zoom, Wednesday-Friday and one Saturday per month. I can help you manage triggers, contain emotions, settle your nervous system, and more. Contact me to schedule. I look forward to working with you!

I am keeping a close eye on Oregon Governor Kate Brown's thoughtful and effective policies regarding COVID-19 around business closures, as well as statements from the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists. I will resume in-person bodywork sessions when I am not putting clients at risk of catching COVID-19.

Article updated
I updated the article Find Calm: A Polyvagal Primer to clarify that we have two vagus nerves, one on the right and one on the left. Each one is a combination of dorsal and ventral fibers. I previously thought there were four separate vagus nerves.
