It’s Okay To Rest by Brianne Benness. "For people living with chronic illness and dynamic disability, rest is part of the solution not the problem." The author interviewed over 60 people living with chronic illness. "So what did make a difference? Over and over again, people told me that they saw the biggest improvement in their symptoms when they learned to really listen to their bodies’ cries for rest."

Bloom: A Touching Animated Short Film about Depression and What It Takes to Recover the Light of Being, by Brian Kistler and Emily Johnstone in collaboration with a bunch of other folks (see the end of the video for names).
Some useful tips to improve communication. Somewhere along the way I picked up that questions are rude, but maybe I need to start incorporating them again. Your Colleagues Don’t Read Anything You Write. Here Are 8 Ways to Change That. by Aaron Orendorff.
Dance in the time of Corona: A primer and suggestions on the novel Coronavirus and social dancing by Dr. Hsu, a physician actively practicing in both community and acute care hospital settings. She has spoken extensively with a Public Health specialist physician about this matter, particularly how the Novel Coronavirus will interact with our dance communities. I'm thinking about COVID-19 and dance a lot! This is a comprehensive and well-balanced essay, including info on relevant cognitive biases. It's okay (encouraged!) to cancel events that will spread contagion.
I poked around on the Dancing Grapevine blog, and Laura Riva has interesting, well-written takes on other topics, e.g. a post on what to emphasize for beginning dancers, and another on dance and cultural appropriation.
