Anthroposophy and Waldorf schools

I looked up Anthroposophy after a surprise encounter with an Anthroposophist "educational" video. It's a spiritual/religious/cult organization founded by Rudolph Steiner and adhering to his beliefs in Atlantis, clairvoyance, UFOs, the heart is not a pump, human beings are not animals, whites are more evolved than blacks, science is wrong, etc.

Turns out Waldorf schools are run by Anthroposophists. I know some Waldorf teachers and have thought of Waldorf schools as safe warm fuzzy places, but maybe not so much.
