A beautiful article on what has changed in two decades around being a gay doctor.
I could not believe that in a mere two decades we had gone from “I’ve decided not to write you a recommendation” to “Your job is to get this guy’s partner a fellowship.”

Isn't it? Although I must admit to being shocked by his initial experiences! It's good to know *something* is tangibly, solidly getting better.
