Thanks for the tip! I was trying to use the search bar in my journal header, and that only gives me story.dreamwidth.org (an unused account).
I had a gifted paid account until a couple of days ago - too bad I didn't do this before!
When I add my username to the search string, I get an OR rather than an AND. Is there a syntax for AND?
