Someone emailed me recently about how I learned about Focusing. Other folks might be interested in the various resources that came to mind. These links mostly relate to Inner Relationship Focusing, developed by Ann Weiser Cornell, on her website FocusingResources.com
First, I read all the articles at FocusingResources.com. Scroll down at the link for the list of articles. You might be interested in the videos and webinars as well. Those weren't there in 2012...

I read books, too. I especially liked The Power of Focusing and The Radical Acceptance of Everything. (Those links are all to the Focusing Resources store, but of course you can get them from the library or local bookstore as well.)

I signed up for the free e-course series of emails, and found that surprisingly worthwhile.

I also signed up as a volunteer newbie Focuser for their advanced students, and that was a good experience. Scroll down at the link for info on that.

There is also a lot of information at focusing.org, the website of the International Focusing Institute, started by Eugene Gendlin who discovered/named Focusing. Here is an introductory article by Eugene Gendlin: Three Assertions About the Body.
