What I'm doing with my week off

I thought I was going to sit around and read a lot. Maybe tomorrow?
- Ordered free Covid tests from the government from https://www.covid.gov/tests (and you can too!)
- Got my first Shingrix vaccine. My arm stung right afterwards and was sore for a couple of days, and I was a little low energy, but it didn't lay me out for three days like it does with some people.
- Took some things I didn't need to the Salvation Army. Ordinarily I would take them to Goodwill instead, but apparently Bay Area Goodwills have gotten picky. These folks were kind and quick and didn't try to proselytize at all, whew. Biking through downtown Oakland is always an experience!
- Had 2 singing lessons, sang with a community Balkan choir, and I'm attending a Balkan concert tonight.
- Balkan dancing on Zoom and in person
- Hiked with one friend, met another for tea, and will visit another tomorrow.
- Wrote lots and lots of holiday cards and mailed them out! This took two solid days, and I can see why I just don't get to it most years.
- Dealt with leftover stuff from my last job (boo!) and setting up accounts for my new job (yay!)
I thought I was going to sit around and read a lot. Maybe tomorrow?
