I just finished the Body Keeps the Score, and it blew my mind in a lovely way.

Gave me an opportunity to assess my behavior from a different direction. Perhaps what some MDs define as "manic psychosis" might also fit the category as "panic response to trauma." Hmmmm.

If you happen to know any skilled somatic-healing-folk in the Madison area, I'd love to hear about them.
