sonia: Wellspring of Compassion book cover with woodland stream (Wellspring cover)
Every chapter in my book has at least one reference to Robyn Posin's writing at forthelittleonesinside.com. I've been reading that site for many years and found much solace and wisdom there.

Her November Monthly Musing about judging our differences, our decisions, and ourselves resonates for me.
All I could uncover about them with any certainty was that they seemed to be the best choices I could make for my self at the times that I made them.

"The Mother's Voice" by Kathy Weingarten
"Balkan Dance" edited by Anthony Shay. (Actually I posted this one after I sent the newsletter but I'm including it here because it relates to my recent post about appropriation and Balkan dancing.)

Vika Miller of roadmaptohappiness.org says, "Sonia Connolly's remarkable new book, "Wellspring of Compassion: Self-Care for Sensitive People Healing from Trauma" is itself a wellspring of compassion and understanding for anyone on their journey toward wholeness. Beautifully written, each paragraph creates its own field of healing energy that embraces, eases, encourages, illuminates, and releases."

Curious, Healing is a blog, and you're welcome to comment there or here about the books. The articles don't have a comment section. You're welcome to comment here or send me email with any thoughts.
