happydork has gifted us with a detailed post about Microaggressions. It was the most supportive post I could have asked to find in my reading list this morning.

Particularly fun when combined with being open to interpretation -- after 100 instances, you're pretty sure most of them have the shitty interpretation, but you can never be sure that a single particular instance was an example of that."
