New feeds

I believe adding feeds is a paid account privilege. Thanks again to my anonymous benefactor!

I added three feeds for sites I check regularly.

• https://bikeportland-feed.dreamwidth.org/ for bikeportland.org: mostly local biking news for Portland, OR, and some relevant national and international news.
  
• https://honeyrockdawn-dw-feed.dreamwidth.org/ for honeyrockdawn.com: Shreve Stockton's general blog. She's the one who writes dailycoyote.net about her coyote Charlie.
  
• https://whyhealthcare-feed.dreamwidth.org/ for whyisamericanhealthcaresoexpensive.blogspot.com: a doctor's blog about healthcare decisions relating to cost, efficiency, handheld ultrasound, and anything else she's interested in. She doesn't update often anymore, but the archives are worth reading too. (As of May 1, hasn't updated since I created it.)
