How to Talk So Kids Will Listen. It's great to point out these resources. I'd never heard of this before, and it's awesome. As you say, these communication tools are important for all ages.

Glad that was useful! I think I heard about it years ago from a friend who was doing a lot of research while struggling to raise her kid, and I really liked it.
