Three things

julian, "Three things that I may or may not know or care about" to write about.
1. Tolerance
I think a lot about how much and what I should tolerate in relationships of all sorts, and when I should speak up and (eventually) give up. I would like to be more skillful in getting along with all sorts of people, and also more skillful in getting myself out of painful situations.
2. Raptors. (As in, birds of prey.)
I love raptors! Their grace, their power, their streamlined suitedness for their lives. I'm always happy to spot one in flight or on a tree branch. Vultures don't evoke the same warm feeling. I used to see vultures flying over freeways a lot. Not sure if they're less common here in Oregon or if I just spend a lot less time on freeways.
3. Flimsy/flimsiness
I try hard to repair, reuse, recycle rather than add to waste streams, so I tend to see flimsiness as an unwanted quality. Seems like there must be times when flimsiness is a good thing, but I'm not coming up with any positive associations.
I notice a theme of examining my own responses like a slightly disdainful outside viewer. Even with raptors, I've wondered what it Means that I like powerful creatures.
Let me know if you'd like three random things to write about!
