gluten_free, I posted a recipe for Date-Nut Cake with Apricots and Teff from the Flavor Flours cookbook by Alice Medrich with Maya Klein.
I made another batch of that cake this afternoon. Once it came out of the oven, I went for a nice walk up through the park, and then came home and ate warm cake.
In a little while I'll light candles for the fourth night of Chanukah. I'm listening to Rustavi sing Gogo Gogo Shavtvala over the big speakers.
In theory, I'm working on this month's article for Jan 1, although I've found lots of other things to do all day. Hopefully I'll settle down and get an initial draft this evening. I am steadfastly ignoring the Yuletide archive until the article is done.
