The study said you will be breathing some of a fast-moving cyclist's exhalations if you're following them at a distance closer than 60'. It doesn't say anything about the risk of getting sick. That's virology, not fluid dynamics.
It's OK to Eat More and Exercise Less During Quarantine by Christine Byrne. This said exactly what I've been trying tell myself about my eating habits. I had a shaky handle on healthy eating habits for me pre-quarantine, and now conditions are different, and both my eating habits and my weight will change. I need to focus on feeling comfortable in my clothes, not sizes or numbers. “Let it be comforting. Let it be joyful. Let it be satisfying and nourishing.”
