I don't have a list of books that I've been waiting to buy, especially since I'm trying to get rid of books rather than bring more in. I will happily take suggestions for books I should own, however!

Recently bought and almost finished with "The Inner Work of Racial Justice" by Rhonda Magee, and I have "My Grandmother's Hands" by Resmaa Menakem up next.

Have you read Emergent Strategy: Shaping Change, Changing Worlds, by adrienne maree brown? I picked it up before the pandemic disrupted my ability to read, and I wish I had read it then, because it is about coping with (or maybe thriving in?) profound changes.

I am also looking at brown's Pleasure Activism: The Politics of Feeling Good.

Thanks for the recs! I put Emergent Strategy on hold at the library, which is what I usually do. I recently got Pleasure Activism as an ebook, so I may eventually get to reading that. Ebooks don't sit there and remind me to read them!
