Relationship with cooking

I have a lot of food intolerances, including wheat gluten and nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, peppers). So I cook for myself all the time. I enjoy it, in a meditative sort of way, and I've gotten efficient with all the practice.
I have a rhythm going where I make lots of what I call stir-fry in batches, throwing in whatever vegetables I get at the farmers market. I would probably benefit from measuring selected seasonings, rather than throwing in some of what I feel like in that moment.
I do some baking, although I think sugar does throw me off balance emotionally if I have too much of it, and I have a hard time being moderate with it. The

How are you relating to cooking these days? Did the pandemic change it?

Date: 2020-12-13 11:38 pm (UTC)My cooking has stayed the same, and I'm really frustrated by my continuous snacking. When I'm out in the world (awww, my sweet forgotten pool and library) I get happily stuck in and forget about food. But when it's 12 feet away, it seems I hear it murmuring "eat me!"
