Great resource for nuanced, thoughtful approaches to writing about a variety of people and cultures without leaning on harmful stereotypes. Their DOs and DON'Ts intro post is also a wonder to behold.

A few posts down I ran across an announcement for Knit One Girl Two, a collection of three stories by Shira Glassman. The title story is a "lighthearted Jewish f/f romance about an indie dyer who falls for the wildlife painter whose art inspired her latest round of sock club." Purchased, enjoyed!

I'm still having great difficulty re-establishing contact with anyone, even virtually. I just want to stay away, even from ways (like online) that are perfectly safe. Did manage to get a new blog post up. Over a year since the last. I've made notes on what I can blog about, just to encourage myself.
