I keep thinking I've posted this recipe to gluten_free before, and I can never find it, so I posted it now.

Bob's Red Mill Teff Muffins.

I highly recommend adding chocolate chips and reducing the amount of sugar.

Have you tried any of The Loopy Whisk's recipes? Her bread recipes are GREAT! I particularly love the Gluten-Free Seeded Loaf, which I do with oat and brown rice flour. Loved it so much I bought her book, which I've done several things out of so far.
