soniaMy new employer has a #diversity Slack channel which has frequent thoughtful posts, to my delight. Here are a couple of recent links.
Maintenance Phase, a podcast that debunks corporate "wellness" programs and anti-fat bias. I can't remember another workplace where someone besides me championed that cause.
Morgan Lee Cataldo — CoDesign and Power — Social Design Sydney Aug 2020. I haven't watched this yet, but the excerpts posted were all about respecting and listening to marginalized people around lived experience. ETA: I watched it and it's lovely. "Move at the speed of trust."
