Getting things out of the house

I just posted a couple of things on TrashNothing, and along the way answered a request for a litter box, since I happened to have an extra one stashed in the closet. In theory the person will pick it up tomorrow, yay.

And I got some responses to the items I posted! I hope people come get them…

The stuff eventually did leave! It was stuff I've bought since the move that didn't work out - a keyboard.io keyboard, and a sealed jar of tooth powder because I bought 2 and hated the one I opened. Got my money back and didn't have to send the jar back, so I wanted someone to get some use out of it. There's always more to winnow...

Somehow I’d never heard about keyboardios — I hope their function matches their pretty. Engraved gold pocket watches for the new century.

I got an Atreus, which is not nearly as fancy. But you have to hit "Super" and then remember which key hides the numbers and punctuation and brackets, and their labels for the keys have tiny print. Not accessible for middle-aged eyes. I guess it's a form over function thing, like you're pointing out. Also not caring at all about the over-40 market. My wrists liked it, but it was slowing me down too much, even after trying it for a month to adjust.
