Paid my Shuumi Land Tax

For Indigenous People's Day, I paid my Shuumi Land Tax. When I was in Portland, I paid to a local tribe there. Now I'm on the land of the Lisjan Ohlone and I'm enjoying paying directly to the organization that started the idea.

I am in search of more local non-profits to support. Anyone know of California organizations (preferably Bay Area) that you recommend?

ETA: I found this list of Bay Area climate action non-profits and I'm digging through websites for the ones that look interesting. I also had someone highly recommend the local crisis line, Crisis Support Services of Alameda County.
