I enjoyed this list of board books by Betsy Bird, in case anyone is shopping for little ones. It specifically calls out diversity of skin color and disability.

I look through the 31 Days of Lists regularly, although mostly for story time ideas rather than purchasing, but they're very good lists for anyone looking to get good books for littles (and olders.)

That makes sense that you would use them professionally! I just ran across the list via network and found it surprisingly fun to read, as someone who has no need for board books.
