So fun to see the interaction between the octopus and human! And you're right about the comments. I hadn't taken a look.

As with so many other creatures of the world, including small humans, trying to get them into their containers long enough to do a task is one of those things that creates stories that get told. Sometimes the good ones, sometimes the funny ones.

The toddler analogy hadn't occurred to me - I guess I haven't tried to dress one!

It's not easy to get any child that had attained a sense of their own autonomy to do anything, so dressing, or getting them to places on time, or getting them to follow along in story time, or any other such thing, is often a struggle. Even when you're using best parenting practices on them.
