Wow -- even though I didn't think I had (C)PTSD (given that all the descriptions of flashbacks and triggers I've read before have rung at most partially true for me), the Pete Walker articles were about the most accurate description of my experiences I've read by someone who wasn't me. Thanks for posting that.

Glad it's helpful (and sorry to hear that). The one mention I saw of emotional flashbacks years ago was immensely helpful. This is only the second time I've seen anything about it, and yeah, he does a good job.
