The morning after Lilac's vet appointment, I woke on my side to feel Lilac curled against my belly as close as she could get. Over the last few nights she has gradually slept farther away on the bed, until last night she slept on the chair by the window instead. I guess she's feeling secure again. It's nice to be another creature's security object!
