In addition to cutting my hair this weekend (photo added), I repaired my bed, ran errands on my bike in the rain yesterday and the sunshine today, did basic maintenance on my older bike while the new one is in the shop for less basic maintenance, baked muffins for the first time since I left Portland, had three zoom meetings today with friends, walked over (and up!) to a small craft fair, did 15 minutes of yoga, and this evening I might even finish my November accounting if I don't suddenly run out of energy like I did yesterday.

A lot of this stuff has been on my list for a while, including taking my bike into the tiny Pioneer Bike Shop that I used to frequent when I lived here before, and that is still run by the same solo guy 17 years later. I'm so glad he's still there! The disc brakes have been squealing ever since I got the rotors replaced in Portland before I left, and that shop said it would wear off, but 6 months later the noise is somewhat better but not gone, so I'll see if it can be fixed. They were silent before!
