As a followup to my previous post on yoga videos, I found a 10 minute video from SarahBeth that was (for me) the good parts of her 20 minute video.

I also ran across Yoga For Hips & Lower Back Release, a 23 minute video from Yoga with Adriene. I'm curious about it but haven't done it yet. (ETA: Tried it, liked it. Also, Yoga Rinse with Adriene.)

A week ago someone recommended the Down Dog Yoga App, and I'm enjoying it enough that I bought the year membership for $40 on the website. I have it set for 15 minute Yin Yoga routines, and it gives me a different one every time. I've saved some I like, but so far I've been curious about what new routines it will come up with.

It feels friendly and playful, and I need both of those things in my life.

I use that app! I like it very much--I'm glad to hear you do too.

Did you see that you can add focuses if you want to build up strength in certain areas? I didn't notice that right away, and I like it: I can add in extra for my core, or back, or work on balancing.

I haven't tried the meditation! I think like you, I'd end up with many things I'd say nope to. I did look at their aerobic activity, but it seemed complicated and technical and like more than I could manage, so for right now I'm just sticking with the yoga.
